Dr. Lai
Cong Hiep is an active high-ranking member of the Operation
Smile Vietnam Association -
Hoi
Phau Thuat Nu Cuoi Viet Nam,
the only National professional organization of Aesthetic
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery which is officially recognized by
the Vietnam Government. The Operation Smile Vietnam
Association has regularly co-operated with the American Association
of Operation Smile. The co-operations are regularly recognized by
both the Vietnam Government and the U.S. Government.
A pioneer in
the field of Breast Augmentation, lower Eyelid
Blepharoplasty-Transconjunctival Technique and Liposuction surgery,
Dr. Lai Cong Hiep is the author of many scientific articles, as well
as educational videos in many libraries across the world. Dr. Lai
Cong Hiep has given an extensive number of visiting professor
lectures at symposia, conferences, and scientific sessions both
nationally and internationally. He directs instructional workshops on
his surgical techniques for surgeons from all continents.

Vietnamese media as well as in local, national and international printed
media from all over the world.
A
practicing surgeon for more than 25 years, Dr. Lai Cong Hiep is
strongly committed to the artistic and scientific world. He actively
encourages the continuing advancement of medicine, not only in
Vietnam, but also overseas, where he is currently involved in the
transfer of medical knowledge and expertise to many other countries.
His work continues to bring art and science together, and to that
goal, he complements his surgical expertise with his pursuit as an
accomplished sculptor.
